The eHana EHR is an integrated, user-friendly software package accessible from any standard web browser. It works using a customizable
core platform that can be adapted to meet the needs of a wide variety of programs.

The Client Chart
The eHana EHR's client chart is simple and intuitive. At the top is of the screen is a set of tabs corresponding to the different programs in your agency. (Only the
programs for which the client is receiving services are shown.)
The chart includes full, customizable demographics such as diagnosis, allergies, contact info—that's right, one set of demographics shared between all programs!

Documentation
Our powerful workflow system means your staff will never have to enter duplicate documentation again. Guided, multi-step
processes take the user through writing the documentation (such as a progress note), reviewing input, and electronically
signing the document to save it to the electronic chart. If necessary, the document can also be transferred for review
by supervisors or other staff using our "signoff" system.
Each step of the way, input is checked for errors and validated for completeness and accuracy, dramatically reducing billing problems
and improving overall chart quality.
Tracking care
Included with the EHR are many tools for tracking your clients' care. The Case Map (pictured above) is one such tool, customized to meet
your internal and externally mandated documentation requirements.

Secure Messaging
The eHana EHR's Message feature enables secure, confidential communication.
Because Messages are not email (and can't easily be forwarded), you can use them to discuss client progress,
review treatment, and supervise staff.
Group Calendar
The eHana EHR includes a full group calendar with support for recurring events, site-wide invitations,
multiple attendees, and more. Users see their calendar on their home page
(including their scheduled appointments)
so they always know what's going on. You can even allow users to "sign up" for calendar events, while you apply a cap
on the number of attendees and a deadline so you have time to print nametags!
News Broadcasts
Have you ever needed to broadcast a big policy announcement to a large group of users? With our News feature, you can!
News Items can be sent to entire programs, multiple programs, or the whole agency (by authorized users, of course). Staff are
presented with the latest news the next time they log in.
The Scheduling Calendar
Programs that require management of staff utilization and pre-scheduling of client services can take advantage of the Scheduling Calendar.
Staff can set their own availability and see when clients have been scheduled into available "slots" by authorized personnel.
The Check-In Dashboard
In clinic environments, keeping track of arriving clients can be a logistical challenge. Our Check-In Dashboard shows these arrivals in real-time,
synchronized across all front-desk users so everyone is kept up-to-date.
Comprehensive Reporting Tools
The days of counting hash marks on scratch paper to do your quarterlies are over! The eHana EHR provides
accurate, real-time data when you need it, and our Implementation Services team will help analyze your
reporting needs to ensure you're capturing all the data you need to report on.

Efficient document scanning tools
The reality for modern organizations is that even if you produce completely paperless internal processes, you will still receive
paper from external sources. Referrals, authorizations, lab reports—these often arrive via mail or fax and require
continued maintenance of ever-expanding paper records.
eHana's Document Scanning solutions, such as the DocFiler (pictured above) make the process of scanning these records directly to your
electronic chart quick and painless. The files can then be accessed like any other documentation, in PDF format, directly from the eHana EHR website.
eHana Billing Solutions
eHana's ledger and billing system is fully integrated. Services are entered once by staff in the form of a progress note, scheduled appointment, contact log, shift note, or other documentation, and the charge is immediately created within the database for processing. Our EDI Tool offers direct HIPAA-compliant transaction management and adjudication for external guarantors and other third parties.
The eHana EHR can also fully integrate with other vendors' billing software and services.
