Client Account / Project Manager
eHana is looking for motivated, organized individuals to join our growing team of Account and Project Managers.
In this role you'll work closely with clients and the other members of our team to deploy and support eHana's Electronic Health Record solutions to innovative human services organizations. This is an opportunity to work in an exciting environment, a sexy field (healthcare IT) and have a real positive impact in the important work done by these organizations.
Responsibilities include:
- Works with clients to analyze business practices, document needs, create specifications and documentation
- Plans and tracks development milestones and developer schedules
- Works closely with developers to ensure milestones are hit and the project gets completed
- Review and test deliverables, train client administrators, conduct post-deploy assessments
Requirements:
- Previous project management experience
- Technical background/experience preferred
- Extremely friendly, approachable, good-natured
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Available for travel as needed
- A Bachelors' (or higher) degree is preferred but not required

Technical Support Specialist
eHana LLC, a dynamic, growing healthcare software company, is looking for the perfect support specialist to provide phone- and email-based support combined with a mix of documentation development, software testing, bug filing and tracking, and training.
You'll be a part of our tight-knit team filling a critical role in the delivery of our innovating Electronic Health Record solutions. As a support specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring that eHana's customers understand and are able to fully take advantage of the technology we offer. And when issues arise you'll triage, submit, and track them to resolution.
You should have:
- A burning need to help people and see their problems resolved
- Excellent, patient personality for phone support
- A reputation for being friendly and approachable
- Writing skills that constantly amaze your friends and colleagues
- Solid technical ability (web, email, IM, etc.)
- Incredible attention to detail
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Answering & resolving incoming support calls
- Responding to overnight support requests
- Classifying & filing bugs and reviewing their resolution
- Alerting our technical staff to urgent issues
- Testing features in our deploy queue
- Developing written documentation for new features and functionality

Software Developer

eHana LLC designs and develops healthcare information systems, specifically Electronic Health Records (EHR) for the human services industry. We're a tight-knit team with great clients looking to expand our software development staff to support growth.
You'll be working with our team to help our customers make the world a better place. For example, you'll:
- Design and implement software solutions within our existing application framework
- Work with customers and our project managers to understand client needs
- Develop cool tools and components for internal eHana use
- Analyze performance characteristics and optimize applications (in both code & database) for performance, maintainability, and scalability
- Research new technologies and approaches to solving technical problems
- Work with our support staff and end users to resolve customer issues
Technologies we use include .NET and ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL as well as healthcare interop standards like HIPAA X12, HL7, and CCD/CCR. If you know this stuff or are eager to learn, you should consider coming to work with us.
You'll be a good fit if you're:
- Passionate about the web, technology, and learning new skills
- Someone who get things done and thrives in a small team with lots of independence and responsibility
- A great communicator in both written and spoken contexts
- Experienced developing production web applications and relational databases (3+ years relevant experience required)
