C# / ASP.NET / SQL Web Developer

eHana LLC seeks both "lightly" and "highly" experienced software engineers/web developers to expand our Cambridge, Massachusetts operations. Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • To work with clients and other eHana developers to generate system requirements and specifications
  • To develop tools and components for use within eHana's technical framework
  • To optimize applications (in both code & database) for performance, maintainability, and scalability
  • To work with support staff to resolve customer issues, or work directly with customers to resolve them as necessary
Requirements:

We focus primarily on the following technologies, and previous experience with them is a plus.
  • Microsoft .NET Framework
  • C# / ASP.NET
  • XML Tools & Technologies
  • Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • SQL Server & T-SQL
  • Javascript, AJAX, and other cross-platform browser technologies
Any qualified applicant should have previous experience working in small teams and excellent written communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Software Engineering is great, but not required.

Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator

eHana LLC is a leading provider of Electronic Health Records to the behavioral health and human services sector. We are looking to grow our sales capacity with a motivated, results-oriented individual. This is an excellent opportunity to develop key selling skills within the software and healthcare industries.
 
The overall objective of this role is to provide assistance to the sales team and support the closure of revenue opportunities, while implementing and maintaining creative and sustainable marketing strategies.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Initiate outbound and manage inbound communication via telephone and email to/from prospects to secure appointments, schedule demos, and follow up on sales activities
  • Qualify all inbound leads and follow up appropriately
  • Complete pre-call planning summaries for each initial client meeting
  • Utilize the CRM system to track all sales related activities and critical communications
  • Develop sales proposals, cost estimates and respond to RFIs and RFPs including all logistics
  • Remain knowledgeable about eHana's product offering to facilitate sales efforts
  • Coordinate logistics and manage eHana's attendance at trade shows
  • Represent eHana at informal client gatherings
  • Assist with updates to company website and social media presence
  • Compile press releases and customer case studies/testimonials as necessary
  • Coordinate other marketing-related functions as necessary
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Top-notch time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as extensive experience online
  • 1-2 years previous inside selling or telemarketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience or degree in behavioral health and/or human services ideal but not required
